Terms of Service

Version 1.1 · Effective 4 October 2026. Billing model: one-time credits (V2). There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

1. Acceptance of terms

APT video ai (the “Service”) is offered at https://aptvideoai.app by Guo Qian, an individual / sole trader operating under the laws of the People’s Republic of China, under the brand APT video ai (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the Service, including creating an account, buying credit packs, uploading photos, and generating videos.

By creating an account, buying credits, or using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years old; (b) have read and agree to these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter this agreement for yourself.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

2. The Service

2.1 What we provide

We provide a digital software-as-a-service product that turns two photos you upload into a short two-person pink-studio video with audio, in portrait 9:16 or landscape 16:9. Photo 1 is the drummer. Photo 2 is the singer.

2.2 Digital delivery

The Service is an intangible digital product. Access starts when payment is confirmed. Refund limits follow section 7 and the Refund Policy.

2.3 Third-party AI models

Video generation uses third-party AI providers, including Kie.ai and Kling. Performance and availability may depend on those providers. We will notify users of material outages when we can.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity on your account.

• If you see unauthorized use, email support@aptvideoai.app immediately.
• Do not share your login.
• Keep a working email address for billing notices.

If you register for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

4. Credits and packs

The Service uses credits. One video with audio costs 26 credits. Credits are sold in one-time packs. Current packs and prices are on Pricing.

There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

5. Billing and payment

5.1 One-time charge

Each pack is a one-time purchase. Completing checkout authorizes us to charge the amount shown at checkout. We do not save your card for later charges and we do not auto-refill credits.

5.2 Taxes

Listed prices exclude applicable taxes unless we say otherwise. Required tax may be added at checkout.

5.3 Payment processor

Card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS payment processor Waffo Pancake. Full card numbers are not stored on our servers.

6. Credit validity and account close

6.1 Validity

Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains open, unless a specific offer says otherwise.

6.2 Closing an account (in-product)

This product does not use a subscription, so there is no “cancel subscription” step for a credit pack.

You may close your account at any time, in the product:

• In-product (recommended): Settings → Profile → Close account. Closing is immediate. You are signed out on screen.
• Email: send a close request from your account email to support@aptvideoai.app.

After close, unused credits stay available for 90 days. After that they lapse, except where the law requires a refund.

If we terminate an account for a material breach of these Terms, unused credits are not refunded unless the law requires it.

If a subscription is ever added to your account, you can cancel it in Settings → Billing. That cancel path does not apply to one-time packs.

7. Refund policy

Consumed credits are not refunded, except as follows:

• Unused pack within 7 days: full refund if no credits from that purchase have been used.
• Duplicate charge: full refund of the duplicate.
• Failed generation: the 26 credits for that job are returned to your balance. That is a credit return, not a cash refund.
• Statutory rights (EU / UK / Australia): a first-time buyer’s 14-day withdrawal right is preserved until first use.

Request a refund at support@aptvideoai.app with your account email and transaction ID. We confirm within 2 business days and process eligible refunds in 5–10 business days.

8. Billing disputes

If you think a charge is wrong, email support@aptvideoai.app before opening a bank dispute. We reply within 2 business days and resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

9. AI content and intellectual property

9.1 Your outputs

Subject to these Terms, the video generated from your photos (“Output”) is yours. You may use it for lawful purposes allowed by section 10.

9.2 Your inputs

By uploading photos (“Input”), you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license only to provide the Service to you, including sending the photos to the generation providers named above. We do not use your Input to train our own AI models.

9.3 Provider models

Outputs may be affected by Kie.ai and Kling models. We do not warrant a particular likeness, quality, or result, and we are not liable for third-party model output beyond the refunds in section 7.

9.4 Accuracy

AI output can be wrong or unexpected. Review the video before you post or rely on it.

The Service software, pink-studio template, branding, and site content remain ours.

10. Acceptable use

Use the Service only for lawful purposes. The full content policy is the Acceptable Use Policy. That page is the public AUP for AI-generated video: prohibited categories, moderation, reporting, and enforcement.

The Service prohibits generating any of the following six categories:

• Sexual / NSFW content
• Violent / gory content
• Hate speech
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and other child-unsafe content
• Deepfakes / impersonation of a real person
• Copyright / trademark infringement

You also must not:

• Upload photos of minors, or upload photos you do not have the right to use.
• Create malware, phishing, or attack tools.
• Bypass security, jailbreak filters, or disrupt the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access without our written approval.
• Violate applicable law or card-network rules.
• Use Inputs, Outputs, or model responses to train, fine-tune, benchmark, distill, or otherwise build a competing AI or machine-learning model.
• Scrape or harvest Outputs at scale for any purpose beyond your own licensed use.
• Present AI output as the work of a licensed professional (doctor, lawyer, financial adviser) in a setting where that could cause harm.

Reporting: email support@aptvideoai.app with the subject AUP report. How we moderate inputs and outputs, response times, and appeals are in the Acceptable Use Policy.

11. Privacy and security

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Card data is processed by Waffo Pancake and is not stored on our servers. After an account is closed, we keep account data for 90 days, then delete or anonymize it as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or AI output accuracy.

Do not use Outputs as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Term and termination

These Terms apply while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate an account for a material breach, suspected fraud, or legal requirement. If we stop the Service for a reason other than your breach, we will refund unused prepaid credits.

You may close your account in Settings → Profile → Close account, or by emailing support@aptvideoai.app.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Before filing a formal claim, email support@aptvideoai.app and try to resolve the issue informally.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect no sooner than 14 days after we email your account address and update the date on this page. Continued use after that date is acceptance. If a clause is invalid, the rest stays in force. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and us.
